- Dr. Walker does not take any insurance. You will have the option to pre-pay for your first appointment and you are welcome to use your pre-paid health benefits (HSA card) to pay for your appointment.
- If you want to use your out of network benefits we will give you information you can file with your insurance company. Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered.
